About WAM

Willing, Able Mentoring (WAM) is a FAS funded programme which facilitates mentored work placements for graduates with disabilities. These placements are for up-to six months and are with some of the biggest employers in the Ireland. The aim of the programme is to promote access to the mainstream Irish labour market for graduates with disabilities.
